Inspection / Consultation / One-Time Service Fee
- Inspection / Consultation / One-Time Service fees start at a minimum of $99.00
- An inspection / Consultation / One-Time fee is charged for Bat Removal, Bird Control, Deer Repellant Spraying, Pigeon Removal, Pond Management, Snake Control, Tick Supression, Wildlife Prevention / Exclusion, Rat and Mouse Exclusion without trapping, and Attic Decontamination or Biohazard Removal.
- This fee covers a full interior and or exterior inspection of your home or property.
- The reason we charge for this, is that we consult you on what needs to be done in detail and put it in writing for you to see.
- If you decide that you are able to do the work yourself, then you can. We charge a fee.
- If you hire us to do the work, we will not charge you this fee with a signed service agreement. You will only be responsible for the price of the work to be performed on the agreement.
