FAQ - Emergency Services
Is my problem an emergency?
- What we might consider an emergency and what you would can differ. Your problem is important to us regardless.
- Emergencies are generally limited to wildlife in the "Living Space" of your home.
- Emergency examples. Snake on the hot water heater. Bat flying around in your living room.
- Non-Emergency examples. Noise in the attic space above your bedroom. Skunk under your deck or shed in the backyard.
- We provide our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Normal business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Our phones are forwarded to a technician outside normal business hours.
- Our service rates increase outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays.
How fast can you respond?
- We will respond to your need as fast as possible. Most emergency calls are handled inside 30 minutes to 1 hour of your call.
- The secretary will notify the closest technician to you to handle the emergency.
- The health department will close my doors or deem my house inhabitable if I do not get rid of this problem?
- No problem is too big or too small to solve. We will respond to your need immediately.
Should I be worried about this animal in the middle of the day?
- Yes, if the animal is exhibiting unusual behavior. Unusual behavior would be aggressiveness toward people, staggering, or sleeping on your porch. Call 911 or Contact Us.
- Nocturnal or nighttime animals, such as foxes, will search for food day and night. Mostly at night, but during the spring when more food is needed to feed their young, daytime scavenging may be necessary.
